Join the Kentucky Telecom Association - the leading voice for Kentucky's rural broadband providers - for the KTA Annual Meeting, August 11-13 in beautiful Lexington, KY! The return of our in-person annual meeting offers attendees the opportunity to participate in the KTA Golf Tournament, Table Top Expo, General Meeting and Breakout Sessions and so much more! 

The event registration page includes available sponsorship opportunities as well as the option for both members and non-members to register for various events over the course of the annual meeting.  Register before July 30th to take advantage of the early bird registration rate (Members $289/person, Non-members $449/person).  After July 30th the registration rate goes to $299/person for members and $459/person for non-members.

Please be advised that in accordance with current CDC and Healthy at Work Guidance, KTA asks that masks be worn in all common areas of the hotel.  Social distancing will be observed throughout the conference in conjunction with the guidance from our host hotel.  If CDC guidance and social distancing guidelines change prior to the KTA Annual Meeting, KTA will inform all meeting participants.

TABLE TOP EXPO EXHIBITORS, PLEASE NOTE: Due to current COVID social distancing and capacity limit guidelines in Kentucky, the setup for the Table Top Expo (AT THIS TIME) will differ from previous years.  There will be 24 tabletops available inside the conference room/reception area and another 24 tabletops outside the conference room/reception area. KTA has implemented new pricing guidelines with a member and non-member rate for the Table Top Expo.  Priority placement during the Table Top Expo will be given to premium associate members, then basic associate members over non-members that are displaying during the expo.   Tables are 3' x 6' and draped.  AC power and chairs provided on request at no additional cost. Exhibit hours are Thursday, August 12th, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Set up will be in the afternoon; tear down at close of expo.  More details regarding the shipping policy will be sent out closer to the event.
